Very useful tool for stretching. EZ to assemble. All tools included for assembly. Video EZ to navigate and view. Inversion table EZ to use. Very solid and rigid. Not made of cheap tubing like imported models.

Assembly was easy - my son had it put together in about half an hour.
The mechanics of adjusting the table to fit me were not complicated, but finding the right adjustment has been - if I set the length so that I can invert to the 60 degrees my doctor recommended, the table flips back quickly and I have to grab the handles and pull to get back upright. If I adjust it to make the table rotate slower, I can't quite get to 60 degrees. I've gone with the first option for now, but will have to play with it more.
Also, it's a lot bigger than I expected - finding a place to store/use it in a small house has taken a bit of thinking (not everyone has a great big house with a spare bedroom that it can just sit in all the time)

Product works well. My husband is getting along with it fine. I am having a little trouble finding the right footwear to keep the top of my feet from hurting while hanging. I'm sure it will work out.The vibrating pillow is not only good for your neck, it helps on your back, as well. Nice bonus.
